Our client is seeking experienced associates to join their Real Estate practice group in Reston, Washington, DC, or New York. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience in a comparable law firm, handling a wide range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients. Key responsibilities include reviewing titles, documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. Candidates must possess a JD or equivalent, demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, and exhibit superior writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
