Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate to join their Real Estate Capital Markets practice. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in commercial foreclosure, commercial finance, real estate litigation, lender liability claims, receiverships, and CMBS transactions. The candidate must possess relevant transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Bar admission in New York is required. This position may be filled in New York, Colorado, and California. The candidate's actual compensation will depend on their qualifications and experience.
