Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate to join their Real Estate Capital Markets practice in New York. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in real estate litigation, particularly in commercial foreclosure, receiverships, lender liability claims, and familiarity with commercial finance and CMBS transactions. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research, writing, and communication skills, and have relevant transferable skills. This position is litigation-focused, not transactional, and requires bar admission in New York.
