Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Real Estate Capital Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in commercial landlord-tenant disputes and foreclosure litigation. Candidates should possess strong research and writing skills, with the ability to draft motions and adhere to NY citation formatting. Experience in motion practice, discovery, and courtroom proceedings is essential. The role requires a self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and experience in a large regional, national, or international law firm are preferred.
