Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join their Real Estate group as Leasing Counsel. This group is a prominent figure in retail leasing, representing numerous national and global retailers and landlords across the United States. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience (5-10 years or more) in negotiating retail leases, with in-house retail leasing experience being advantageous. Experience in other asset classes such as office, lab, and industrial, along with a background in transactional real estate work, will be beneficial. This position offers flexibility in location, with options for remote work and flexible arrangements, including part-time, for the right candidate. A JD is required, along with an active attorney license, at least 10 years of legal experience, and excellent academic credentials.
