Description
Our client is seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in commercial lending, specifically in real estate and asset-based lending. Experience with hedge funds and private equity fund lending is a plus. The role requires a solid foundation in reviewing and organizing organizational documents, conducting due diligence, reviewing title and survey matters, and coordinating closing sets. The candidate must be willing to work regularly from the WCO office, as remote work is not an option during the training period.
