Description
Our client is seeking an ambitious mid-level associate to join its national real estate finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of law firm experience in sophisticated real estate lending transactions, with a preference for exposure to balance sheet bank lending work. Candidates should possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, a strong academic background, and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction. The role is integrated across the U.S., with opportunities to work from locations including New York, DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Cleveland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Irvine.
