Description
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated attorney for their Real Estate Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of academic achievement, solid experience in a large law firm practicing real estate finance law, superb writing and communication skills, and 5+ years of broad real estate finance experience. Preferred experience includes loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, asset management, and workout experience. The role involves running transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing. The candidate should be ambitious, driven, and team-oriented, ready to support and grow the national practice in real estate finance. A JD is required and candidates must reside near one of the firm's office locations across the United States.
