Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate for their Minneapolis, MN office. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by real estate, with additional experience in land banking, mezzanine lending, preferred equity transactions, and other financing structures. A Juris Doctorate (JD) is required, and candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Strong research, writing skills, and a solid academic record are essential. Experience in sophisticated real estate finance transactions and large law firm experience are strongly preferred.
