Description
Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate group in Atlanta. The role involves working on commercial real estate finance, including drafting loan documents, performing due diligence, maintaining closing checklists, and reviewing title, survey, and organizational documents. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance representing bank and/or non-bank lenders, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
