Description
Our client’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their team focused on complex commercial real estate finance transactions in Richmond, VA. Ideal candidates will have experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate lending transactions, including acquisition and construction loans. Key skills include drafting and negotiating loan documentation, reviewing real estate due diligence, and organizational due diligence of entities. The role requires highly motivated individuals with excellent academic credentials, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast-paced finance transactions.
