Our client is seeking a 2nd - 4th year Real Estate Finance Associate to join their New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience with lender representation, a strong understanding of sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, and proficiency in complex legal drafting. Prior law firm experience and admission to the NY Bar are required.
