Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Finance team in Orange County. This global Am Law 50 full-service law firm has over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide. The Orange County office, with over 90 attorneys, practices in various areas including Business Litigation, Finance, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property. The Finance practice has been integral to the firm for over 90 years, specializing in highly structured financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience representing lenders on construction, bridge, and permanent loans, with significant lender-side experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents and conducting real estate and entity due diligence. Top academic credentials, outstanding writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects are essential.
