Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level/senior commercial real estate finance associate or counsel-level attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and other lenders. The ideal candidate should have expertise in securitization, syndication, and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans. Experience with commercial real estate developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is advantageous.
