Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Real Estate team in Chicago. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team on a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in real estate finance, specifically in representing lenders and investors in various loan transactions, including those related to healthcare, auto, commercial, office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. Experience in closing acquisitions, dispositions, and negotiating commercial leases is essential. Candidates should possess a J.D. degree, strong academic credentials, and be admitted or in the process of becoming admitted to practice in Illinois. The position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
