REAL ESTATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE (3293)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated attorney to join their Real Estate Finance Practice Group, with opportunities available in Denver, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least three years of experience in real estate finance law at a large law firm, and excellent writing and communication skills. Experience in loan origination for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience, is essential. Candidates should be capable of managing transactions from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work. This role offers immediate client contact and the chance to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative practice group. A JD and active bar admission in the intended practice jurisdiction are required.
