Description
Our client is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join their Finance Department in either the New York or Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of commercial real estate finance experience from an Am Law 100 firm and possess strong academic credentials. An active bar membership in the desired location is preferred. This role offers the chance to be part of a prestigious national finance practice with a history of closing real estate finance transactions across all 50 states, involving sophisticated structured finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate matters.
