Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Real Estate & Land Use Department in Washington, D.C. The department is renowned for delivering comprehensive real estate services through a team of over 80 professionals with expertise in transactions, finance, and workouts on both national and international levels. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary Affordable Housing Team that advises a diverse range of clients, from community-based businesses to Fortune 100 companies, on affordable and mixed-income/mixed-use housing and community development matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial real estate finance experience in a sophisticated law firm setting, with a background in representing lending institutions in affordable housing transactions.
