Our client is seeking highly qualified attorneys to join their Real Estate Finance group in Miami. The ideal candidates will possess 3-7 years of experience from a top-tier firm, specializing in commercial real estate debt financing transactions. This includes expertise in mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, permanent and bridge loan originations, construction loans, loan participations, syndications, and other co-lender and intercreditor arrangements, as well as workouts and restructurings.
