Description
Our client is seeking a real estate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in real estate finance for their Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial, investment, and lending institutions in financing commercial properties such as office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses, storage facilities, and multifamily housing. Experience with CMBS and/or CLO lending is a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
