Description
Our client is seeking an experienced of counsel or senior-level associate to join their Finance Department in New York City. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of commercial real estate finance experience from an Am Law 100 firm, strong academic credentials, and an active New York bar membership. The role requires extensive experience in a variety of debt transactions secured by real estate projects, with a focus on construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions. This position offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated structured real estate finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate matters, while working closely with partners and clients in a collaborative environment.
