Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Real Estate & Land Use Department in Downtown Los Angeles. This role involves working with a reputable team known for delivering comprehensive real estate services both nationally and internationally. The position is part of a multidisciplinary Affordable Housing Team that advises a diverse range of clients, from community-based businesses to Fortune 100 companies, on affordable and mixed-income housing and community development matters. Candidates should have 3-5 years of commercial real estate finance experience in a sophisticated law firm environment, ideally with experience representing lending institutions.
