Description
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate for their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group based in New York. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience or clerking experience, and superb problem-solving, writing, and communication skills. Candidates should have 6+ years of diverse litigation or clerking experience, specifically in areas such as commercial real estate, construction defect claims, construction delay claims, construction payment claims, distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Experience in taking and defending deposition and demonstrated experience in the courtroom is also required. NY Bar Admission is required; New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
