Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-senior level Associate to join their Real Estate Practice in Washington, DC. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have five to six years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong preference for those with a background in hospitality transactions. Additional experience in banking, loan transactions, joint ventures, and hospitality-related real estate is advantageous. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various real estate documents, handling deal closings, and conducting due diligence. The successful candidate will work closely with senior shareholders and gain significant transactional experience. Applicants should be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be in good standing with the DC Bar or eligible for admission.
