Description
Our client, a full-service international law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and/or development and redevelopment. The successful candidate will join their award-winning real estate investment and development practice based in either Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, solid experience in sophisticated real estate law, attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a strong work ethic. They should also be licensed, with a preference for a license in the state of their base office.
