The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as leasing, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and development and redevelopment. Strong academic credentials, a keen attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative work ethic are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice law, with a preference for those holding a license in Illinois.
