Description
Our client is seeking an attorney for their Investment Funds Group, open to all US offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate, specifically in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work both collaboratively and independently is essential. A JD and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction are required.
