Our client is seeking a real estate associate with a J.D. from 2021-2023 to join their Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department in New York. The role involves handling complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, financing, lending, and distressed situations across various asset classes such as office, retail, industrial, life science, hospitality, and multifamily. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial real estate transactions at a large law firm and possess excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
