Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in land use to join their Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use group in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex land use and zoning matters in Florida, including zoning due diligence, code compliance, and preparing applications for administrative and public hearing approvals in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Experience in commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and affordable housing tax credits, is advantageous. The role involves representing a diverse clientele, including developers, financial institutions, and Fortune 500 companies, in real estate acquisition, sale, development, and leasing. Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
