Our client is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 5+ years of experience representing financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending, particularly in loan origination. The ideal candidate will also have experience representing developers in real estate transactions and financing. Candidates must be members of the NY State Bar and possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
