Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Lending Associate to join their team in either the New York or Charlotte office. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in representing financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending, with a focus on loan origination. Experience with developers in real estate transactions is advantageous. Candidates must be members of the NY or NC State Bar and possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
