Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Nashville, TN, is seeking an associate attorney to join its Real Estate Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of real estate litigation experience, handling federal and state litigation matters such as property sales and purchase disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial lease disputes, property insurance disputes, environmental compliance disputes, governmental agency enforcement actions, and title insurance litigation. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of litigation, including motions, depositions, discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Admission to the Tennessee Bar is required. The Real Estate Practice represents a diverse clientele, including developers, investors, financial institutions, REITs, public agencies, and various retailers and restaurant groups.
