Description
Our client is seeking special counsel or associates to join their esteemed Real Estate Department in either New York or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing lenders in commercial real estate loans, with a preference for those with construction loan experience, and must be willing to dedicate at least 60% of their time to lender-side work. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, and excellent communication skills.
