Description
Our client, a global top 50 law firm, is seeking a partnership-track associate with 4-7 years of diverse transactional real estate experience. This position is based in Orange County. The firm boasts one of the largest, most experienced, and diverse real estate and development practices in the country, representing a wide range of clients in various aspects of development. The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of all aspects of purchase and sale, borrower side financing and joint venture transactions. A robust experience in a real estate practice, preferably from an established Big Law environment, is required. The candidate should have top academic credentials, a proactive outlook, outstanding analytical and time management skills, and must be an active member of the California State Bar.
