Description
Our client, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100, is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Associate for their Real Estate Practice Group. This full-time opportunity is based in Bridgehampton and requires 5 to 10 years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential buy-sells, financings, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, real estate funds, leasing, and/or development. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various real estate documents, handling deal closings, performing title work and other due diligence, and working on large complex transactions both locally and nationally. The candidate will work closely with shareholders and senior associates who will provide training, mentoring, and exposure to the client development process. Strong academics are required and prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. The candidate must be a member of the New York State Bar.
