The successful candidate will represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts, focusing on civil actions related to property damage. Key responsibilities include collaborating with forensic experts, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and maintaining client communication. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, have excellent academic credentials, and be admitted to the Florida bar. Experience in prosecuting or defending claims related to product defects, property damage, or construction issues is preferred, along with proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
