Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience working with registered investment companies to join their Financial Services group. The team advises financial services firms, asset managers, and investment funds, representing a diverse range of clients from small start-ups to some of the world’s largest financial institutions. The practice is one of the largest in the industry and has been a leader for over 40 years, consistently recognized as a top law firm for investment funds by industry publications, including a Tier 1 ranking by Chambers USA for registered funds. Candidates should have knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act, with experience in exchange-traded funds, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisers, and/or commodities work being a plus. Preferred candidates will have experience from large law firms, in-house roles, or regulatory agencies.
