Description
Our client is seeking a litigation attorney with 2-6 years of experience, specifically from the classes of 2019 to 2023. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in discovery, pleadings, motions, hearings, and legal research. Familiarity with the electric utilities sector, the electric industry, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the Railroad Commission of Texas, or eminent domain law will be considered advantageous.
