Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel lawyer with 4+ years of legal experience in FERC electricity, with some exposure to project finance or project documents for energy transactions. The role involves regulatory aspects of the development, financing, purchase and sale, and operation of various energy projects nationwide, focusing on power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and grid and transmission issues, particularly in the renewable energy sector. This position is part of a market-leading, Band 1 Chambers-ranked Projects team known for handling innovative and complex projects. The role can be based in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, or Washington, DC.
