Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) practice group, with opportunities available in multiple major cities including Washington, D.C., New York, Richmond, Atlanta, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Orange County, Boston, and Chicago. Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 6 years of litigation experience, focusing on state and federal regulatory litigation, consumer class litigation, and administrative litigation. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. A valid bar license in the state of practice or the ability to waive in is required, with clerkship experience preferred. The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team to craft strategies for compliance risk assessments, internal investigations, and defense in government investigations and related litigation across various industries including alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, financial services, consumer products, gaming, cybersecurity, and consumer privacy.
