Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their high-profile Environment practice based in Denver. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of regulatory experience, preferably from a large law firm. The associate will primarily advise clients on environmental compliance and enforcement defense matters, with a significant focus on the transportation sector. Candidates with experience in hazardous materials and waste regulations, the Clean Air Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, and federal and state cleanup laws are preferred. Experience representing clients in the rail industry is a significant plus. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence.
