Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with 5+ years of legal practice, preferably with significant transactional experience, to join their Renewable Energy Team. The role is focused on the development and construction of renewable energy projects, typically representing independent power producers or engineering, procurement, and construction contractors. While renewable energy experience is preferred, it is not required if the candidate has a strong interest in learning about this industry. Additional preference is given to candidates with backgrounds and expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Tax areas of law. The position requires solid internal and external communication skills for regular client interaction, excellent analytical, legal writing, and grammar skills, and superior academic credentials from an accredited, top-tier law school.
