Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with a background in transactional practice from a leading U.S. law firm or in-house role. The ideal candidate should have renewable energy transactional experience. This role offers early responsibility on complex transactions within a thriving team that handles a significant deal flow on a wide variety of matters. The firm is particularly interested in associates with exposure to tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures. The position can be based in NY, DC, or Houston, with flexibility for other office locations within the firm.
