Description
Our client is seeking an Associate for their Tax & Employee Benefits Department based in Richmond. This diversely skilled team provides a range of legal and financial assistance for business and high-net-worth clients, including business tax, employee benefits and executive compensation, and private wealth services. They represent individuals, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other business entities in tax audits at all government levels and in various courts. The team also focuses on the unique needs of high-net-worth clients globally, including estate planning, gift and estate tax law, and family business succession issues. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in a law firm, with experience in renewable energy transactions, M&A transactions, tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers, and other joint ventures.
