Description
Our client is seeking an Associate for their Tax & Employee Benefits Department based in Los Angeles - Century City. This role involves providing a range of legal and financial assistance for business and high-net-worth clients, including business tax, employee benefits, executive compensation, and private wealth services. The successful candidate will represent individuals, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other business entities in tax audits at various government levels and courts. They will also work with transactional tax lawyers to assist clients with tax issues relating to renewable energy transactions, M&A transactions, tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers, and other joint ventures. Candidates should have 3-8 years of experience in a law firm, particularly with tax credit transactions and transfers.
