RESTRUCTURING ASSOCIATE (2251)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its finance group in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be licensed to practice in Delaware, and possess a minimum of 3 years of restructuring experience, ideally with debtor-side experience. Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The role requires effective communication, timely and accurate work product, and the ability to foster positive work relationships.
