RESTRUCTURING ASSOCIATE (2252)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its finance group in Wilmington, New York, or Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess a minimum of 3 years of restructuring experience, preferably with debtor-side experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
