Description
Our client is seeking a Counsel level finance attorney to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of transactional experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust clients in various corporate trust transactions, including structured finance, municipal debt, and corporate debt issuances. Essential skills include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting transactional agreements such as trust indentures, loan agreements, and service schedules. The role requires excellent writing, negotiation skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision. The candidate should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage other lawyers and paralegals and work collaboratively. This hybrid position is available in multiple locations, and candidates must specify their preferred office in their cover letter.
