Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join their Restructuring, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy practice in Portland, Maine. The successful candidate will engage in sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters across New England and beyond. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a strong interest and experience in bankruptcy and restructuring, possess excellent writing skills, and be intelligent, hardworking, thoughtful, driven, and personable. While judicial clerkship experience in a bankruptcy court is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The role is primarily in-office, with some flexibility for remote work.
