Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency associate to join their offices in Newark, New York, Raleigh, or Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in finance and bankruptcy law, with a background in representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructuring. Experience with franchisors and representing financial institutions in debtor/creditor relations is highly desirable. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers, receiving active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service are required.
